Terms of Sale

We only sale in-stock items. If you desire a product that we do not currently have in-stock,  you can make a request via email, and we will do our best to get the desired article(s) produced for you in a timely manner, however, no promises and no guarantees. No payment will be accepted until we have the product in-hand and ready to ship.

We accept Paypal (preferred), Mastercard and Visa. If Paypal is utilized, please select and send funds via Friends and Family. We are honest and trustworthy; however, if you choose Goods and Services, please add 4% to the total price of the order to cover the cost. Cash is accepted for in-person sales only.

As a general rule, all sales are final. If you experience a problem with any item that was shipped to you, contact us within three days of receipt and we can discuss a possible solution. We are fair, reasonable and customer service oriented.

All in-person sales are final and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

There will be a shipping and handling fee for each shipment. (Boxes, packaging, padding materials, and postage all cost money.)

Purchased items go-out within one week (or sooner) after payment.

All products are shipped via USPS Insured Priority Mail or via UPS.

If you wish to forgo Shipping Costs, purchased items can be picked-up in the Chester or Petersburg, Virginia area, or can be hand delivered to you at any event that we attend. See Events Schedule.
